">Job Description: As a Client Success Manager at Learnlight, you will have a direct impact on building trustful relationships and providing ongoing support to our clients. You will develop a strong relationship with clients, serve as the primary point of contact throughout programs, lead the implementation of programs, and ensure all key client data is tracked in systems.
">Required Skills and Qualifications: We seek individuals with advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English languages, exceptional ability to communicate, and a client-centric approach. Experience with Dynamics and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel) is also desired.
