**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate plant resources to meet production schedules and comply with quality, cost, and delivery time targets.
- Supervise and manage a team of personnel to ensure effective implementation of production plans.
- Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement changes.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive business growth.
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science, or related field.
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
