We are looking for a Regional Business Growth Strategist to join our team in Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand our presence in Latin America, leveraging your expertise in sales, business development, and partnership management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the go-to-market strategy for key strategic partners in Latin America, focusing on revenue growth and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

  • Growing and developing Distribusion's global network of airport bus, rail, and public transport operators across the region.

  • Expanding our Carrier portfolio and continuing to grow business across LATAM, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to capture them.

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including prospecting, lead generation, pitching, CRM maintenance, and relationship-building with carriers.

  • Closely collaborating with HQ teams (BizDev, Integrations, Product, Finance) to successfully onboard carriers onto our platform.

You will work closely with our New Markets Expansion team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive growth across the region.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales or business development roles, preferably at a high-growth company.

  • Strong track record of achievement in sales, business development, or partnership management, with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • International exposure and experience working with global teams, preferably in a high-performance job.
