We are seeking a highly skilled Retention/Customer Success Manager to lead our Client Management/Customer Success team in driving strategies focused on renewal attainment, customer retention, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of retention specialists in a global software company, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Develop and manage talent within the team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging sales enablement tools and processes to drive customer growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve team goals, prioritizing touchpoints and identifying solutions to complex customer problems.
  • Facilitate conversations that reinforce the value of current solutions, applying broad perspectives to drive customer success.
About You

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading a team of retention specialists in a global software company. You should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team that supports a U.S.-based Book of Business.
  • Proven ability to drive retention and upsell strategies, with a strong command of sales enablement tools and processes.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate complex situations, with a commitment to maintaining the quality of the team's work output.
