- Facilitate conversations that reinforce the value of current solutions, applying broad perspectives to drive customer success.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading a team of retention specialists in a global software company. You should have:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team that supports a U.S.-based Book of Business.
- Proven ability to drive retention and upsell strategies, with a strong command of sales enablement tools and processes.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate complex situations, with a commitment to maintaining the quality of the team's work output.
