About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving retention and upselling efforts across our customer base. You will work closely with our sales and customer support teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute retention and upselling strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with sales and customer support teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional experience in customer success, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving retention and upselling efforts and achieving business objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze customer data and identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
