Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Signifyd, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of our enterprise customers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business objectives and provide strategic guidance on how to optimize their use of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the customer lifecycle and ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention of a portfolio of assigned clients
  • Develop and execute customized success plans to drive customer growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer support and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within our customers' organizations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex customer data and develop strategic recommendations
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
