Job Description

At Accor Hotels, we are seeking a highly skilled and creative Food and Beverage Director to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering a unique and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative concepts for food and beverage experiences that align with our brand's vision and values.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative menus and beverage programs that showcase our hotel's culinary expertise.
  • Oversee the management of our food and beverage operations, including inventory management, staff training, and customer service.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our food and beverage offerings.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage operations are in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful food and beverage concepts and programs.
