**The Role**

  • Develop and execute innovative growth strategies, including lead generation tactics, to accelerate user acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify key growth opportunities, including lead generation channels and strategies, and market expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize conversion funnels, particularly focusing on lead generation stages.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to continuously measure, analyze, and iterate upon lead generation strategies and business initiatives.
  • Identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities to enhance lead generation efforts and expand market reach.

**Required Expertise**

  • Proven track record of driving significant growth in user base and revenue within a startup or fast-paced environment, with a specific emphasis on lead generation.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and concise messaging, particularly in lead-generation campaigns.
  • Experience with analytics platforms to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making, particularly in the context of lead generation performance.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively coordinate lead-generation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the technology industry landscape.
