Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at Amber Studio. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement high-level marketing initiatives and global projects;
- Support the marketing and sales teams with corporate marketing activities, leveraging expertise in areas such as optimization, advertising, social media, PR, direct marketing, event planning, and content creation;
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive player engagement and commercial results;
- Build hype for game launches to increase user acquisition;
- Identify and partner with influencers to amplify our marketing efforts;
- Track and analyze marketing activity to inform data-driven decisions and optimize future campaigns.
- At least 3+ years of marketing experience in a gaming, agency, or corporate environment;
- High level of fluency in written and spoken English;
- Experience in brand management, product marketing, or marketing operations, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing;
- Proficiency in various social media platforms, content creation, and community management;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to assess KPI data and focus on ROI metrics;
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, independent, organized, and proactive, with excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Experience with content management systems and a keen eye for detail;
- Knowledge and/or experience in the interactive entertainment industry;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with UA is a plus.
