Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Zebra Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales organization by providing business and tools support, analyzing market trends, and creating reports to drive demand generation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Supplies team to develop and maintain standard and custom reports for the Sales organization.
- Support demand generation activities by analyzing market research and providing insights to the Sales team.
- Work with the team to update reports and dashboards as needed to ensure timely and accurate information.
- Provide business and tools support to Sales and other functions, including resolving or escalating issues as needed.
- Support Sales Support Analysis activity by analyzing data and providing recommendations to improve sales performance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational experience.
- Less than 1 year of experience in Sales Operations or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage tasks in a time-conscious manner to achieve goals.
- Solid written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and databases.
