Job Summary
The Sales Support Specialist will work with the Supplies team to create standard and custom reports for the Sales organization. These reports will support demand generation activities, market research, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the team to provide business and tools support to Sales and other functions.
- Support supplies sales staff.
- Participate and assist the team with market research and analytics.
- Work with updating reports and dashboards as needed.
- Work with key support teams to help resolve or escalate issues.
- Work with the team to support Sales Support Analysis activity.
- Use discretion and judgment on less complex assignments to ensure customer satisfaction and utilization of time.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational experience.
- Less than 1 year of experience in Sales Operations or an applicable role.
- Analytic-oriented skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage tasks in a time-conscious manner to achieve goals.
- Solid written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and databases.
