About the Role

We are seeking an experienced OT Security Operations Lead to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Security Operations Center, ensuring efficient and effective 24/7 monitoring of all renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SOC procedures, protocols, and policies to enhance security operations
  • Oversee the detection, analysis, and response to security incidents and threats targeting industrial control systems and critical infrastructure
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to mitigate risks and resolve security incidents promptly
  • Monitor and analyze security threats and vulnerabilities specific to solar, wind, and battery OT networks
  • Utilize advanced threat detection tools and technologies to identify potential risks to industrial control systems
  • Communicate security incidents and resolutions to stakeholders effectively, ensuring clear and concise information flow

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a SOC lead or similar role. You should have in-depth knowledge of security operations, incident response, and threat analysis for industrial control systems and critical infrastructure.

Benefits and Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $59,486 - $99,144 per month, plus benefits including medical insurance, life insurance, work-from-home options, and meal vouchers. The working hours are 8 hours per day, and the job is based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
