About the Role:
At SAP, we're looking for a skilled Virtual Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support and guidance to our clients. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Understand and respond to customer needs, bringing value to the forefront.
- Define and drive targeted support engagement plans to achieve key business objectives.
- Provide expertise on SAP Cloud solutions, focusing on customer adoption and retention.
- Facilitate access to product and functional expertise through empowerment sessions.
- Offer personalized quarterly release reviews and continuous trend analysis to support customers in developing effective strategies.
- Meet customer expectations by anticipating and resolving top issues, serving as an escalation point and collaborating with other departments as needed.

- A customer-centric approach, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customer IT and LOB decision-makers.
- A strong understanding of IT landscapes and lifecycles, with a focus on SAP solutions during transitions, implementations, and operations phases.
- Knowledge of SAP Preferred Success and Cloud Solutions, as well as the included service offerings.
- The ability to deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
