About the Role:
At SAP, we're seeking a highly skilled Virtual Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support and guidance to our clients, helping them achieve their business goals and maximize the value of our SAP Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Understand and respond to customer needs, providing tailored support and guidance
Define and drive targeted support engagement plans to achieve key business objectives
Provide expertise on SAP Cloud solutions, facilitating access to product and functional expertise as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and drive business outcomes
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in account management and customer success
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes
