Role Summary
Fundraise Up, a pioneering fundraising platform, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR operations in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the management of all HR documentation, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Director. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of HR, including paperwork, team conversations, coaching, performance reviews, employee relations, and compliance. You will work closely with our team leads to enhance their leadership skills and improve team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Paperwork Management: Oversee and manage all HR documentation to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Team Conversations: Facilitate open communication across the organization, addressing employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
- Team Leads Coaching: Provide guidance and support to team leads to enhance their leadership skills and improve team performance.
- Performance Reviews: Coordinate and manage the performance review process, providing feedback and development plans to drive employee growth.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts, fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.
- HR Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure company policies and procedures are compliant with local laws and aligned with best practices.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a startup or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing team leads.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $36,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and perks, including:

Location
This role is based in Mexico and offers remote work opportunities.
Salary Range
