117 Human Resources Analytics is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our travel segment team across various regions in Mexico. This role plays a crucial part in strengthening sales activities in a competitive market.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for:



  • Guiding and motivating the sales team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to expand our client base and acquire new customers.
  • Collaborating with regional managers and key account managers to ensure an integrated sales approach.
  • Identifying growth opportunities and implementing actions to capitalize on them.
  • Overseeing sales operations in Mexico and ensuring seamless communication.

We require the successful candidate to possess solid experience in the retail travel industry, preferably with knowledge of both offline and online markets. Excellent English skills are essential due to our company's global nature.
