Job Title: High-Touch Sales Coordinator
The High-Touch Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in Automotive Presales within the Luxury Goods line of business. Our dedicated center for presales support and bid management provides services to internal presales contributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Form and lead cross-department Bid teams
- Ensure seamless interdepartmental communication for projects
- Drive bid team workflow and steer proposal development
- Coordinate proposal validation and approval
- Integrate proposal parts from different sources into a cohesive document
- Support Sales and Account Management in pipeline maintenance and data-driven recommendations
- Manage Opportunities in Salesforce CRM and ensure data accuracy
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, tender management, and presales processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong analytical and systemizing mindset
- Self-organized, proactive, and positive attitude
