Job Summary

We seek an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and develop comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Lead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Support Sales Executives in closing high-volume deals.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain high-performance standards within the team.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align sales strategies with customer needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales coaching.
  • Proficiency in various sales methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
