Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data-driven improvements in collaboration with couriers and logistics service partners.
- Onboard new couriers or logistic service partners, ensuring compliance with customs requirements for imports and exports.
- Drive innovative solutions to simplify imports and exports processes in conjunction with tech and product teams.
- Document writing and presentation to senior leadership for strategic program launches and expansion.
- Align mid-term and long-term strategies for cross-border operations working backwards from customer experience.
- Launch 3P managed operations at different border crossing locations.
- Design lean ops structures including mechanical and labor capacity and drive implementation with 3P.
- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
