Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our Global HR Organization. As a key member of our team, you will support the Global HR Managers in implementing the People Agenda and HR annual cycle. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting HR interventions, including performance management and absenteeism
  • Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics for data-driven decisions
  • Maintaining and implementing HR policies and procedures

You will work closely with our HR team to roll out various HR initiatives and provide daily HR guidance to line management. Your analytical skills will be essential in using data to inform decisions and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and collaborative HR professional with a drive for excellence. You should have a solid understanding of HR Business Partnering and experience working in a fast-paced global setting. Your qualifications should include:

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Agility, flexibility, and resilience
  • Well-organized and efficient
  • Experience in Dutch Labour Legislation
