About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Mexico City West. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets and objectives in the defined territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with customers in the territory
  • Develop new customers to our company in the territory
  • Create a simple monthly operating rhythm within the territory and the wider team
  • Develop and improve selling skills and competencies
  • Plan and carry out the sales and promotion of our injectable portfolio to clinicians/customers in the territory
  • Provide clinician training (workshops) for the proper use of our injectable portfolio
  • Attend congresses/meetings pertinent to the various treatment applications of our portfolio
  • Create and maintain quality professional relationships with all customers in the territory
  • Accountable for achieving the territory's sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Requirements
  • At least 3 years in a sales role, preferably in the aesthetic industry
  • Proven track record in achievement
  • Strong evidence of sales performance
  • Desirable: customer knowledge and market dynamics, experience in the use of CRM platforms
