At KONE, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Mexico City. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our IMSS account and developing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client accounts to ensure long-term relationships
- Oversee client accounts, maintain reports, and monitor solution strategies
- Act as a link between KONE and our customers, coordinating operative and administrative tasks
- Handle multiple customer accounts and provide excellent customer service
- Gather customer details and understand their requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management within a maintenance company that provides services to hotels
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
