Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Mexico City. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any gaps.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management within a maintenance company that provides services to hotels.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50% of the time).
  • Proficiency in SAP.
