About This Role

Audible is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, working closely with development teams to resolve technical issues, and contributing to the development of our support processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development of support documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
