About the Role
Emma is seeking a skilled Customer Excellence Team Lead to drive strategic growth initiatives and lead our Customer Strategy Team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute customer strategy plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize customer needs and opportunities.
• Analyze business data to inform customer strategy decisions and optimize customer experience.

We are looking for a results-driven leader with a strong track record of driving customer strategy and growth initiatives. You should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, or a related field).
• Proven experience in customer strategy, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business data and inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
