Team Lead of Customer Experience France

We're seeking a seasoned Team Lead to spearhead our French Customer Experience team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll oversee a dedicated team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and respect.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and guide a team of 8-10 Account Managers, ensuring high performance and achievement of set targets.
- Regularly monitor team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing tailored strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the Talent team to develop and implement robust recruitment and retention strategies.
- Design, evaluate, and execute innovative strategies to maximize customer retention, upselling opportunities, and revenue amplification.
- Drive motivation within the team by providing consistent and constructive feedback.
- Proven experience managing customer-oriented individual contributors, ideally in a Customer Experience team.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, with a track record of driving customer retention and upselling.
- Fluent in French and English, with Spanish a plus.
- Passion for technology, the digital world, and innovation.
