About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Excellence Team Lead to join our team at Emma. As a key member of our Customer Strategy Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer success and excellence across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead projects to improve customer, pre-sales, and post-sales strategies
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure smooth running of customer strategy operations
  • Initiate projects to improve revenues, optimize cost, and efficiency
  • Lead projects and people that directly impact multiple markets across the Americas and a large customer base

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with strong achievements
  • Experience in a start-up environment or a fascination with scalable and fast business models
  • First-hand experience managing a team and providing constant feedback and training
  • Independent, responsible, and structured work style with a process-oriented approach
  • Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to coordinate and tackle challenges
  • Affinity for numbers and confident communication
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Infectious can-do attitude, passionate, and a pragmatist
  • Very communicative, open, and enjoy working in a team
  • Curious and hungry to learn
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
