**Our Opportunity Summary**
We are seeking a Design/Verification Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products, like row hammer mitigation circuits. Your expertise will contribute to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic IP.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Parasitic modeling, behavior modeling and assisting in design validation, reticle experiments, and required tape-out revisions
- Overseeing and managing the layout process including floor planning, placement, and routing
- Performing verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators
- Contributing to cross-group communication to work towards standardization and group success
- Proactively solicit guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve the design quality
**Requirements**
- BSEE or Greater, 3+ years of related experience is preferred for senior and above
- Productive and efficient time usage thereby leading to more effective work
- Satisfactory ability to convey or share ideas either verbally or in written form
- Experience with a scripting language (Python, Perl, Verilog, UVM, etc)
**What Sets You Apart**
Familiarity with Memory design and digital design. RTL design/verification experience is preferred. Familiarity with STA. Having an innovative approach that is open to improving upon any of our processes or products. A self-motivated, hard-working team player who enjoys working with diverse abilities and backgrounds.
