As the IDQ Program Manager for 3P Mexico, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of selection quality for the MX marketplace. Reporting to the Head of Program, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving our IDQ strategies and processes across our expansive 3P seller network.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive IDQ program for our 3P sellers in Mexico, driving improvements in product data quality, catalog accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with 3P sellers, internal subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve item data quality issues, implementing corrective actions and process improvements.
- Analyze product data, seller performance, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and use these insights to inform IDQ strategy and decision-making.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the 3P Mexico IDQ program, setting targets and driving continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement new IDQ initiatives, processes, and tools, ensuring smooth rollouts and adoption across the 3P seller network.
- Provide regular reporting and presentations to senior leadership on the performance and health of the 3P Mexico IDQ program.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
