Market Access Director for Rapid Diagnostics Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Access Director to join our team in Mexico City, working closely with our Rapid Diagnostics Division. This role will be responsible for creating reimbursement and market access opportunities by promoting Abbott Rapid Diagnostics products with relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify national-level drivers & barriers to usage of Abbott Rapid Diagnostics products.
- Maintain relationships with national and regional payers and policy makers to ensure favourable market access conditions for Abbott Rapid Diagnostics products.
- Collaborate closely with Global and Regional Market Access teams to create the global value story and value messages in line with product strategy and local market needs.
- Lead development and execution of practical strategies to secure optimal reimbursement (coding/coverage/payment) for Abbott Rapid Diagnostic products.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a Business or Science related discipline required.
- Master's degree (MBA/MS) or other post-graduate Degree preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience in Market Access, pricing/reimbursement or outcomes research in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or diagnostics.
- Existing relationships with key reimbursement stakeholders in NOLA/SOLA.
- Highly autonomous with excellent communication skills both written and spoken (English and Spanish).
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
