About The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us deliver a personalized, high-quality post-sales experience. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You'll be responsible for building long-term relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and developing strategies to enhance their experience.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer success plans to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer health scores and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Escalate issues to the technical team and ensure timely resolution.
