About The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us deliver a personalized, high-quality post-sales experience. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You'll be responsible for building long-term relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and developing strategies to enhance their experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer success plans to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer health scores and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Escalate issues to the technical team and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities and identify qualified leads.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management with a strong focus on up-selling.
  • Proven experience dealing with Enterprise accounts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
