Job Description

As a Strategic Compliance Expert for Americas Markets, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and execution of our E&C compliance program across the Americas region. Your expertise will be essential in developing and deploying local training, guidance, risk assessments, and communications on key E&C policies, processes, and the Solventum Code of Conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement localized training programs to ensure employees understand and comply with E&C policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with commercial and operations stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor key compliance metrics and develop action plans to address opportunities identified through monitoring efforts.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as ethics, compliance, law, finance, or a related field.
  • Seven years of experience in a public or private environment in the fields of ethics and compliance, law, finance, audit, or other roles involved with company governance processes.
  • Experience working in healthcare or the life sciences industry with a multinational corporation.
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of applicable healthcare laws and regulations.

Additional Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, project management, and execution skills, with the ability to influence diverse perspectives into a common standard. Experience collaborating with multiple functions and countries is also required.

Benefits

Solventum offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
