We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Team Lead & Business Development Manager to join our team at Innovamat in Mexico.

This role will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and shaping the future of learning in Mexico.

","Responsibilities": "
  • Drive the sales process with non-collaborating schools from initial contact to successful closure.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales journey.
  • Lead negotiations and oversee deal finalization, including procurement processes.
  • Assist in identifying and defining essential KPIs for the company's success in the Mexican market.
  • Collaborate with the Country Manager to develop a comprehensive business strategy tailored to the Mexican educational landscape, considering regional variations.
  • Identify and engage with pivotal figures within the educational ecosystem.
  • Establish and nurture meaningful connections with school leaders and networks.
  • Conduct compelling presentations, product demonstrations, manage expectations, and negotiate terms effectively.
  • Act as a representative of Innovamat at educational events both domestically and internationally.
  • Inspire enthusiasm and affinity for Innovamat's offerings within educational institutions.
","Requirements": "
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative (Math, Physics, Engineering) or business field (Business Administration, International Relations, etc.).
  • Passionate about learning and making a social impact.
  • An ability to take any problem, deep-dive, reveal root cause, draft improvement solutions and take action.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Hands-on attitude: making things happen
  • A true team player with amazing interpersonal skills, drive, coachability, and resilience.
