Senior Telecom Business Development Manager

As a Senior Telecom Business Development Manager at OXIO, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the telecom industry and be able to identify opportunities for growth and development. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote OXIO services to assigned client portfolio
- Develop strategies to increase penetration of OXIO services in assigned clients
- Work closely with clients to ensure accurate up-to-date revenue forecasts
- Establish and manage client SIM forecasts
- Promote value-added services to increase share of wallet in assigned client portfolio
- Establish anti-churn strategies
- Achieve sales objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience as key account manager, preferably in a telecom or technical SaaS environment
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
