About this Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Element Fleet Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions to clients.
  • Manage and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant business experience, with a strong background in account management and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and retention, with a strong understanding of the vehicle management industry.
