Customer Acquisition and Business Growth Specialist

Arnonax Sa De Cv is seeking a skilled Customer Acquisition and Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Zapopan, Jalisco.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and attracting qualified leads, developing strong relationships with customers, and helping them get the most value from our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and qualification for the Customer Success department, establishing first contact with prospects and creating sales opportunities.
- Constant follow-up and nurturing of qualified leads that are not ready to buy at the initial means, providing additional information, answering questions, and maintaining interest until they are ready to move forward in the sales process.
- Social media platform utilization to generate interest in our products or services, make an initial presentation, and schedule meetings or demonstrations with the Customer Success team.
- Internal collaboration with other teams within the company, such as Customer Success, Business Financing, Partners, sharing information about customers, their needs, and feedback, and collaborating in solving problems or implementing improvements.
- Collaboration with the Customer Success team, providing detailed information on qualified leads and interactions performed, to help the team better understand the needs and characteristics of prospects and tailor their sales strategies more effectively.
- Analytics and reporting, collecting and analyzing data related to prospecting and lead generation activities, tracking metrics such as the number of calls made, evaluating the performance and effectiveness of prospecting strategies, and making informed decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- English proficiency at a 90% level.
- Prior sales or business development experience.
