Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Resolution Specialist II to support our Sales Channel Sales and channel customers. The ideal candidate will provide exemplary sales support, including order entry and management, post-sales warranty issues support, and proactively maintaining and growing relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Entry: Receive and clarify customer POs, enter orders into our system, and provide confirmation to customers.
Order Management: Serve as the point of contact for customers to support order management needs, expediting, status, or changes during the order life cycle. Provide direction based on customer feedback and coordinate activities to meet customer needs and provide a superior customer experience.
Post Sales / Warranties: Handle customer inquiries, validate issues, and submit freight claims or warranty requests as needed. Implement warranty claim resolution and communicate resolutions to customers and Sales.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with MS basic suite and typing speed of 38wpm.
International Trade compliance and Import/Export experience.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
