About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for executing revenue management workstreams to optimize return on investment on our trade spend activities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs and ensure accurate tracking of trade spend in the system.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Marketing to complete promotional post evaluations and provide regular reporting on volume tracking, trade spend, and seasonal in-flight tracking.
  • Support the Customer Planning Manager by providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth and optimize commercial plans.
  • Monitor revenue realization of cost price increases and work with customer teams to ensure accurate accruals.
  • Attend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan.
  • Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines and regularly review promotional spend to ensure alignment with business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Commercial and financial acumen with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to reduce complexity using a disciplined and collaborative approach.
  • Experience in synthesizing multiple data points into a holistic position.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on finding innovative solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment is a distinct advantage.
  • Customer and category knowledge is also a distinct advantage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales with a focus on trade marketing and revenue growth.
  • Previous experience in transnational companies, distributors, or similar environments.
  • Ability to manage teams and lead strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
