What do we do?

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Licensing Support Specialist to join our team at SoftwareONE. As a key member of our pre-sales operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and guidance throughout the cloud onboarding process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide expert guidance to our sales team and customers on cloud licensing programs, including Microsoft, AWS, and Google.

• Support the sales team in resolving customer pain points and ensuring a seamless commercial onboarding experience.

• Collaborate with customers to optimize their pricing and renewal dates, ensuring they receive the best possible value from their cloud investments.

• Manage open customer requests and drive resolution of escalations through effective communication and collaboration with internal departments.

• Facilitate the credit and rebill process with operations specialists and finance.

**Requirements:**

• Previous experience in a similar role or a related field is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong knowledge of cloud licensing programs, including Microsoft, AWS, and Google.
