About the Role

As a strategic HR leader at Syncreon, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing human resource initiatives that support the company's business plans. This includes directing recruiting and development activities, ensuring compliance with local legal regulations, and managing organization budgets. You will also oversee labor relations activities, including agreement negotiations, arbitrations, and union relationships. Additionally, you will partner with the global Human Resources team to address associate-related legal issues and support the global HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, develop, and implement strategic human resource initiatives in support of business plans.
  • Direct recruiting and development activities, ensuring compliance with local legal regulations.
  • Manage organization budgets and oversee labor relations activities.
  • Partner with the global Human Resources team to address associate-related legal issues.
  • Support the global HR strategy and functional business plans.

Requirements
  • BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field required, MA preferred.
  • HR Certificate preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Extensive experience in Human Resources in progressively senior roles required.
  • Proven expertise in working with and developing long-term business relationships with senior-level executives.
