We are seeking a driven Account Executive who is enthusiastic about collaborating with our advertisers to facilitate effective, data-informed marketing strategies.

In this role, you will oversee and address challenging advertiser objectives and issues to boost revenue and surpass financial goals. You will cultivate client relationships, identify and execute revenue-generating initiatives, and expand your client portfolio.

Moreover, you will utilize Amazon's exclusive data to offer strategic and customized campaign suggestions that align with your client's business objectives.

This position demands a high level of collaboration, engaging with Creative, Sales, Product, and Retail teams. The Account Executive's strategic digital acumen is vital for unlocking enhanced value and impact for our advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage knowledge of Amazon Advertising's comprehensive ad products and measurement tools to create customized proposals for clients.
  • Meet or exceed revenue goals for your designated accounts.
  • Accomplish assigned non-revenue business objectives and targets.
  • Manage all aspects of the account management process for medium to large clients, fostering strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the account team to formulate annual brand and media strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Utilize first-party and third-party insights to develop pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight campaign recommendations that drive revenue outcomes or enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Act as an advocate for clients internally, leveraging internal resources to ensure customer success.
  • Educate advertisers on performance metrics, industry trends, and consumer insights through existing and/or tailored insights.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and best practices to evaluate performance drivers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in digital media, including display/search advertising, campaign optimization, analytics platforms, client management, and business development.
  • Proven success in delivering revenue results and significantly contributing to client success.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with experience in developing client relationships and influencing key decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and utilize large datasets to address challenges that span business and technology.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
  • Must be located in or near an Amazon Advertising sales office or be willing to relocate.
  • Ability to travel to client locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in display advertising sales/marketing.
  • Familiarity with search advertising.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
