Key Responsibilities
  • Perform end-user technical support, troubleshooting, and tuning for end-user hardware and systems, peripheral hardware, and initial triage for client network environments.
  • Use Active Directory administration to manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Analyze and recommend alternative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Provide mobile phone support and ensure excellent service standards.
What You'll Get

Requirements
  • Experience supporting and administration of VPN clients.

  • Windows 10 and Office 365 troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic understanding of SharePoint.
  • Experience using ticketing software such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, or Remedy.
  • High school diploma, college graduates preferred.
Location, Shift, and Pay

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm CST.

15K pesos monthly.
