Job Title: Service Desk Agent ANZ

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Desk Agent to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical assistance and support for their inquiries and issues related to our hardware and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Log and handle incoming calls, emails, and chats in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using necessary tools and software.
  • Escalate complex cases to the Advanced Technical Support team when necessary.
  • Build general knowledge of our proprietary products to increase first contact resolution.
  • Adhere to and support company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide after-hours on-call support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years prior help desk experience.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong PC troubleshooting skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Highly motivated individual with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
