We are seeking a skilled French Service Desk Specialist to join our IT support team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and ensure efficient troubleshooting for our clients' issues, delivering high-quality service desk solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to incoming service desk queries related to hardware, software, and network issues in both French and English.
- Accurately document all issues and resolutions in the service desk ticketing system, adhering to best practices in ITIL.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems, enhancing the overall service desk performance.
- Provide training and guidance to users in both French and English on IT processes and tools.

Required Skills:

Fluency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for effective service desk interactions.
- Proven experience in IT support, specifically within a service desk environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices for service desk management.
- Solid troubleshooting skills for Windows, Mac, and network issues, ensuring quick resolution in a service desk setting.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple technical issues, demonstrating excellent time management in a fast-paced service desk environment.

Desired Experience:

Previous experience as a French service desk technician or similar role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems and remote support tools to effectively assist users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients.
