As a Channel Expansion Manager at Emma, you will be responsible for leading the growth and development of our channel in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will own the Profit & Loss (P&L) of your channel, driving revenue growth and profitability through strategic partnerships and product development.
  • Forge long-lasting relationships with top-tier retailers in the Philippines, acting as an ambassador for the Emma brand and expanding our presence in the market.
  • Design and implement product, marketing, and sales strategies to drive channel growth, adapting portfolios, refining pricing, and launching annual promotional plans.
  • Closely track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and executing targeted campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business, with 2-10 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management and P&L ownership.
  • A true entrepreneurial mindset, with confidence to tackle big responsibilities independently and excel in cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills, empathy, and a willingness to drive meaningful impact.
  • Results-oriented mindset, backed by a proven track record of delivering sales growth and analytical approach with strong affinity for numbers.
