Key Responsibilities:
- Clearly and persuasively explain our debt settlement/enrollment programs to customers.
- Provide comprehensive information about the benefits of our services and how they can help customers save money and close their debts faster.
- Handle incoming calls from customers seeking assistance with their debt-related queries.
- Address customer concerns, provide information about our services, and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call notes and relevant information.
- Ensure all customer information is kept confidential and handled with utmost integrity.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
- 85% level English as minimum
- 1 year of sales experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Outbound/Inbound support experience desirable
- Documentation and Record-keeping habits
- Self-motivated
Compensation and Benefits:
$12,000.00 per month
