As a Senior Root Cause Analysis Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting root cause analysis for major incidents and identifying permanent fixes
  • Presenting findings to senior management and driving weekly status review meetings
  • Planning and implementing SAP technologies to achieve ambitious SLAs
  • Documenting technical operational concepts and guidelines for SAP landscapes
  • Driving top issues and improvement initiatives
  • Coordinating international teams in global projects and root cause analysis initiatives

What You Bring

  • A graduate degree in Computer Science or Technology from a reputable institute
  • SAP NetWeaver Certified Technology Consultant or equivalent
  • Able to work effectively in international and virtual teams
  • Technical documentation and knowledge-based asset creation skills
  • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • 10+ years of work experience in Basis, NetWeaver, and Business Objects
