  8. Financial Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance financial reporting capabilities.
  9. Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  10. Financial Reporting: Communicate financial performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to internal stakeholders, including senior management and the board of directors.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  2. Five or more years of experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager.
  3. Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis.
  4. Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting.
  5. Proficiency in accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
  6. Familiarity with financial management software.
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
  8. English proficiency.
