**Overview of Sephora's Retail Demand Planning Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Demand Planner to join our team at Sephora. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving sales and inventory management strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Adjust consensus plans to consider consumption forecasts, backlog, and supply constraints.
  • Manage inventory levels across categories, including forecasting and buying responsibilities, to maximize revenue while meeting turn targets.
  • Oversee SKU-level exit strategies and markdowns, as well as identify opportunities to optimize promotional and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with channel heads to understand inventory needs, requests, opportunities, and risks within their business areas.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail demand planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and level of experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
