About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Anixter International. As an integral part of our supply chain operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of our inventory levels and optimizing our service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and reports
  • Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with suppliers and sales teams
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve inventory management and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve receiving problems and invoicing issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business-related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
